JobCard — Delete your account and data
How to delete your JobCard account and the data stored with it.
Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open JobCard and tap the account icon in the top-right.
- Choose Settings.
- Scroll down to Delete account and confirm in the dialog.
Deletion is immediate and permanent; it cannot be undone. You are then signed out.
What gets deleted
- Your account: email address and (hashed) password
- Your most recently stored location
- Your favorites and hidden jobs, plus your filter and language settings
- All session tokens for your account
Your portal logins stay on your device. Your Roamler and Streetspotr credentials are stored only on your device and are never sent to JobCard. Deleting your account also removes them from the device; they are likewise gone if you uninstall the app.
Request deletion by email
If you can't use the app, email us from your account's email address at support@agiletaiga.com with the subject "Delete account". We will confirm and delete your account within 30 days.
